“The 2022 Extended School Year Program (ESY) ran from July 5th to August 12th. ESY allows students who are at risk of significant regression to continue working on their goals from the previous school year during the summer months. Students access a modified general education curriculum and take part in inclusive activities such as field trips. JFK teachers and students focused on Next Level Imagineering which included exposure to Physics, Algebra and STEM activities. ESY was located at the following schools: Abington, Belmont Runyon, Bruce St., George Washington Carver, Rafael Hernandez, McKinley, Oliver St, Speedway, Louise A. Spencer, 13th Avenue and New Jersey Regional Day. Thank you to all the administrators, teachers, CSTs, paraprofessionals, & support staff that made ESY 2022 a success!”
