West Side High School Business & Finance Academy
PATHWAY DESCRIPTION
- In partnership with the Rutgers University Business School and the New Jersey Department of Education, Office of Career Readiness, West Side is excited to be the first High School in Newark to offer the Supply Chain Management Pathway. Its goal is to prepare high school students for careers in Supply Chain, either directly after high school graduation or as the beginning of post-secondary studies in Supply Chain Management. With the support of Schools that Can and various industry partners successful students will participate in internships and paid practice experiences during senior year while attending school. Any student that completes the Supply Chain Pathway at West Side and enters Rutgers Business School will receive 3 college credits.
