Media Center
“The Gateway to Information @ your library”
Weequahic High School welcomes you to its library/media center. The philosophy and mission of the school library media program is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. We aim to increase student independent reading and research by providing instruction in information literacy skills, supported by AASL’s Standards for 21st Century Learners. We use the Common Core Standards to guide collaboration and co-teaching in our library program.
