Families have a choice to enroll their child in either Remote or Hybrid instruction starting January 25th.

A choice of remote instruction means a continuation of the current learning situation. A choice of hybrid will result in your child returning to Hawthorne for classroom instruction 2 days a week (either on a Mon/Tue or Wed/Thu schedule). Your child will continue to learn remotely for the remaining 3 days.

IMPORTANT! The CDC limits the number of students in a classroom to 10. Therefore, requests for hybrid learning will be awarded to the first 20 requests (10 for Mon/Tue and 10 for Thu/Fri). Teachers will determine which 2-day schedule students will attend.

Students in self-contained special education classes may attend classroom instruction Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. Speak to your teacher to confirm.
