Hawkins Street School had the pleasure of hosting the NJ Devil's, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the Hockey New Jersey while they presented to our 3rd through 5th grade students. The NJ Devil's Healthy Hat Trick assembly provided our students information regarding the importance of education, healthy habits, and an amazing opportunity for our students to learn how to play hockey with the Hockey in New Jersey. During the assembly our students had the pleasure of meeting retired NJ Devil hockey players, individuals from the Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Hawkins Street School former students Raquel Cagley and Justin Hayward.

As a community we were extremely proud of both Raquel and Justin for all the success they have accomplished. Both Raquel and Justin had the privilege in providing our students with inspirational words. We are truly grateful in having this opportunity and providing our students with this assembly. Our students were extremely excited to meet all the individuals that came to the assembly and will forever be grateful for the experience and the donations that were given to them.
