Mission Statement

Our mission for Dr. William H. Horton Elementary School is to provide students access to a high quality education and graduate middle school with the academic and social skills necessary to be productive, civic minded individuals in high school and beyond.  Our educators and leaders will create learning environments that promote critical thinking, collaboration and creativity, and we will work closely with parents and community stakeholders to create a culture of inclusiveness and engagement.
