Stefanie Ortiz-Cidlik
A visionary strategist and change catalyst, Stefanie Ortiz-Cidlik has led international non-profit organizations for nearly 20 years. In 2019, Stefanie assumed the role of CEO/Executive Director of the International Education and Resources Network (iEARN-USA) where they are developing and empowering a global community of students and educators who are bridging cultural divides and working together to make a meaningful difference in the world. Early in her career, Stefanie began working with youth development programs including ALL STARS, a nationally recognized, science-based delinquency prevention program for middle-school youth. Prior to joining iEARN-USA, as the Chief Executive of USA Girl Scouts Overseas, Stefanie led Girl Scouts’ overseas operations and a team on three continents that brought the Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls and families in nearly 90 countries around the world.
Stefanie served multiple terms on the Lancaster County, Nebraska Women’s Commission during which she started and hosted a television talk show focused on topics that impact women and children. Currently, Stefanie sits on the iEARN International Executive Council, the Alliance for International Exchange Board of Directors, the Stevens Initiative Survey of the Virtual Exchange Field Committee, and the Advisory Council of Kids Can Make a Difference. In 2023, Stefanie was named the Power Player in Education by Politics NY & am NY Metro. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Master of Arts in Business Management from Doane University.
