Highlighted here is the Newark School of Fashion & Design and Beta Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc's Global Impact Project for Haiti.

Our freshman students worked extremely diligently to create these 62 shirts & dresses made of converted pillow cases as well as a variety of other fabrics for the children in Haiti!

We are honored to have been able to support this endeavor & look forward to continuing our new partnership w/ the Sorority! This Global Impact Project was truly in alignment with our school's mantra: "Newark School of Fashion & Design...where artivists create fashion with a PURPOSE!"
