Our School
Louise A. Spencer Elementary School opened its doors in 1977. Named after a Charlton Street School PTA president, it was built to replace the aging Charlton Street School.
Located in the Central Ward of Newark, NJ, it serves a population of more than 700 students. It has regular and special education classes. The students are of various ethnicity and backgrounds
