For copies of your Arts High School transcripts, please complete this Transcript Request and Release Form.

When complete, email form to BDeNose@nps.k12.nj.us and/or EBattles@nps.k12.nj.us

Transcripts take approximately one week to process from the date of submission.

There is a $5 fee for each copy of any transcript older than one year - Cash or Money Order payable to Arts High School.
