We are pleased to announce that Abington Avenue School will be having

Career Day on Monday, May 20, 2024 from 8:30am – 12:30 pm. We invite

you to be a part of our annual l career day experience with our school community. Guest presenters will be able to share with our students their

career choice, the education/training required for their career, the duties and responsibilities of their career, as well as be able to share some of their personal experiences. We are hoping that presenters will be able to present to students

in person at the school. However, if that is not possible, we will gladly accept pre-recorded videos or set up Webex Visits.

Career Day is an important part of our school year. We aim to expose our

students to many different career pathways and occupations. We are hopeful that this year we will have many presenters representing many different careers allowing our students to have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with different professionals to broaden their knowledge of many different available careers. We are excited to have you share your talents and career highlights

with our students. We hope that you will be able to join us for this special day!
