Returning students:  Re-enrollment form

New students: three (3) proofs of address, a copy of birth certificate, immunization record and parent ID

Uniform Information 

Black polo shirt (boys and girls) with school logo on brown khaki pants, skirt/skort. With black shoes/sneakers.

Grade 6 - 8

White polo/dress shirt (boys and girls) with school logo on brown khaki pants, skirt/skort. With black shoes/sneakers.
